David Furnish Apologizes for Trashing Madonna's Speech

Elton John's partner David Furnish has more to say to Madonna -- but this time, it's an apology. Four days after slamming the Material Girl for her Golden Globes win (which shut out Sir Elton) and then criticizing her acceptance speech as "embarrassing in its narcissism," Furnish, 49, would like to make amends.
